Job shimane hospital ( NOT RECOMMENDED)

Good day I don't know if this will help at all but i have received alot of help on this website so im hoping that someone will be able to assist again . My dad is at Job shimane hospital and have been sitting there with gangerene on his foot for 2 full days already and no one is helping him . They are taking their time even though it's such a critical situation. Is there anyone that can help urgently with suggestions or anything ? ASAP
