EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

This guy named Johan has had my car for more than a month for repairs.Every week there is a new excuse for my car not being fixed and he promised that my car would be finished before Christmas.I phoned him today and he said the place where my car spares were being fixed,closed without his knowledge and now I don't have a car for my holiday travels.
