Do not pay this man money upfront
be very careful, takes your money does half a job, or a poor job and says will be coming back and never does, been going on for over a year, I'm now at civil court with him and won my case, now he needs to pay me back and again full of excuses , I wish I had his full name before i gave go ahead on the job , *****s from one client to pay the other and fund his life style with constant excuses why job is not done.

Do not pay this man money upfront

Stay Away From This Con Artist
Read all reviews on this man, they are all true. Unfortunately he ****s people time and time again. Do yourself a favour and stay away. Mainly on facebook marketplace and goes by different names - Johan Ness or Johan Petrus. Real name is Johan Schronen. Stay away from him.

Read all reviews on this man, they are all true. Unfortunately he ****s people time and time again. Do yourself a favour and stay away. Mainly on facebook marketplace and goes by different names - Johan Ness or Johan Petrus. Real name is Johan Schronen. Stay away from him.

***** ALERT! Johan Schronen AKA Cape Cupboard College AKA Mywoodskills AKA design onlign has truely mastered to art of being a con man. I almost fell victim to his BS if I had not acted sooner. 3D designs were provided, a full contract, cost breakdown the works - this is where he gains your trust in confirming that this is a legitimate business agreement. I paid money directly to the wood supplier and almost a month later, no suppliers, little to no work done to the kitchen and constant excuses made for not meeting deadlines. I slowly became wary.. He assumed I was going to work that day and instead i was actually doing my own investigations. As I pulled up to the house all his tools were packed and he was getting ready to leave (with possible no return) I confronted him and he tried his best to talk himself out of the situation. When I told him I suspected him of ***** and that the police is on their way for him to explain to them. He immediately offered to pay me back all my money in cash (even though I paid the supplier directly) and left in a rush.

Johan of Cape Cupboard College, is a complete fruad, his now masquerading as Joe Ness on facebook, his taken my monies and have not returned my cutting list as he said he would, after i refused to pay a 50% deposit on my qoute. Con man posing as NPO
Johan sold us the whole NPO story and that he was in the newspapers and helps people find jobs. In actual fact Johan plays on your emotions and then pushes for a deposit and once he has your deposit he runs. On contacting the police it turns out he has been arested before for fraud. He also put on his website that he is partnered with The Amy Foundation ( also untrue as I contacted them). He has signed up for an NPO number so that you feel sorry for him and will trust him. This man took our R10 000 deposit and never returned with our cupboards. After a week and no answers we started asking when he would be doing our kitchen. Johan then ignored our messages and finally answered with some melt down he had and that his suppliers hadn't delivered. When we demanded the money back he told us he was filing for bankruptcy and would get a lawyer to draft the letter. When we asked where our money was he didn't have an answer. He is an alcholic and I have reports from other people who know him about his bad dealings. He has even robbed a single mom of over R20 000.

Beware this conman! 2nd warning on this site!!
Johan Schronen of Access Education, previously of The Cupboard Factory appears to have done a runner halfway through our kitchen renovation job. I wish I had Googled his name earlier - I would have come across the warning issued in the earlier \complaint\" about this man. He made up some long convoluted story about his transporter disappearing with our \"cut\" boards. Now he has disappeared also before completing the job, but after pocketing our deposit payment. Please advise us - is there any way we can contact the previous complainant to find out if they had any joy after reporting Mr Schronen to the police and making a case against him.<br> Thank you for this platform"
