DEVASTATED!!!

Is been 2 years since our wedding and as our wedding anniversary approaches the heartache worsens because of the lack of wedding photos or videos that we paid so much money for. We signed up for a Diamond package after meeting Johann and team at the Wedding Expo, which we thought had reputable vendors, and 2 years later we still have only received some unretouched photos, no drone photos, a 10minute unedited video that does not include the ceremony and nothing else! We are devastated!!! From the engagement shoot to wedding website and invites that we had to send out late due to delays on his side, there was nothing professional about this service!!!! They ran out of film for the instant cameras on the day which was supposed to be fore the guest book. They used some shoddy notebook for our guestbook. Everything was so disappointing and even after a 2 year legal battle, we have a fraction of what we paid for and it’s devastating because our special day cannot be repeated. Would not recommend for anyone hoping to have tangible memories of their special day! This heartless man ruined the experience for us forever!!!
