Horrible service and cannot get hold of photographer!

Worse service I have ever received. Been over a year and still haven't received my photo book. Doesn't respond to messages or emails. Paid for the full, highest package and due to COVID my wedding was cancelled. Did a make shift photoshoot with the dress and wedding party. But still no photo book as promised and paid for!!
