poor hygien and refusing to refund me

I hereby would like to lodge a complaint regarding the approval of a park(Oppenhemer towers),this was for an event that took place on the 01stFebruary 2025,I only got to learn that it didn’t have toilets that where in a good state with no running water and this is poor hygiene to have hosted any one there .It is not fair as I was not aware of the state and how did approval come to place where they knew the condition of the arear otherwise I could have booked elsewhere .Money was accepted and taken from me and I hereby request my refund back because no clear communication was made with me upfront.
