Johntech garbage 18 months and dead

We had a borehole installed, Feb 2023 The pump has failed Jul 2024 The guy who installed the borehole said it only has a 12 month warranty and we must buy another one. Everything these days is designed to fail after warranty period, I assume I will receive no feedback on this, I have googled and cannot find any contact info for Johntech. If someone knows how to contact them please email me, david@lockwoodhome.co.za My original Franklin pump lasted 27 years.
