I m staying in Joshco Flats since 2016 and my stay there currently has moved from being the best to being the worst ever ...I m in loggerheads with the caretaker she s doing a lot of negative things tht I cannot mention here that have a detrimental effect on my well being.And the worst thing about it is that I reported the matter so I have received any response I think they are in solidarity with their colleague cause it seems whatever she told them to them it automatically became the truth .How do I stay with someone whom I don't like so much cause of her actions and who hates me back .What must happen first before I m moved from this person .

I met this lady called THANDEKILE PATIENCE THUSINI and she asked to deposit the amount of R10 000 so i can get the joshco flat and she already took R20 000 from my friends, i called 080 000 2587 to report her and they said it incorrect number to report. This lady working for Joshco is ****ming people.

Call center
The call center people are so rude, they hang up while I m talking and asking questions, the first guy was nice who answered the call but then transfered me to monster 💀 who hung up speaking while Tswana or Sotho with her colleague.

When you move out of Joshco just don't pay the last month's rent keep that as your deposit you can even skip 2 months rent because they are heartless. I never received mine and no one is taking the matter seriously, ****y thieves keep lying to me, Working remotely can't prevent a company from paying back a tenant R 4 030 for months 🚮🚮👎

JOSHCO DOBSONVILLE TERRIBLE SERVICE
Joshco Dobsonville has this now bad habit of not paying ESKOM and eskom would come to the DOBSONVILLE JOSHCO FLATS and switch off electricity for us. I pay rent in time without fail and we also buy electricity but the electricity gets switched off and will come back the next day late since it was switched off around past 12. This is unfair and frustrating as I work from home, I won't be able to do my work which is the one that pays the bills. Terrible service from Joshco Dobsonville and this is now becoming a NORM!!!!

Bad service
I have been trying to apply for an apartment in Devland & its been hell. I have been sent from pillar to post. The Receptionists are rude and not helpful, The leasing department NEVER picks up their telephone. The service is very disappointing.

Poor Customer Service
Good day on the 09th of October 2019 I applied for Devland project managed by JOSHCO. I went there to submit my documents and I received a waiting slip no 05394 . They said I will get an SMS within 2 weeks I didn't get anything till today . Been trying to inquire about this for 2 months calling every day with no lucky .
