Jordan gear scam

I got scammed by Jordan gear , another online “company “ that uses both facebook and instagram . They have no contact number , email address , they dont respond to messages , texts either . Surely facebook and instagram can be held liable for not screening these scam companies before allowing them to place ads on their sites ?
