Terrible experience, was **** to by both owners about what I would be getting myself into, was told I'd see a Dr and waited 3 days till I had a seizure and had to be rushed to the E.R where I was put in high care for days after being told the Dr would see me the day I went in by both the owners, three days later I wake up in hospital. Truly truly disappointed and actually scared for others that might go there and could possibly die due to their lack of interest in their clients, sit and wait for the Dr for 3 days??? When you were told you would consult with a qualified Dr the day you went in, resulting in a seizure. This is dangerous and better yet since being rushed to hospital nobody has even cared to ask my family if I am ok. Truly disappointed as I actually trusted both the owners Yonit and Clive before I went in. Do better guys, you're playing with people's lives. Marco N.

A family relative of mine has been to this institution three times already for substance abuse and they are completely useless, medication that is given to them to administer goes missing, they allow the patients to leave without warning any of the family relatives, addicts are supposed to go into a rehab center to at the very minimum wean them out of their addiction, this does not happen at Journey, it is a cash *** and all they are doing is getting recurrent business.

The owners are arrogant and your child is not spoken to well or treated with respect and dignity in this rehabilitation centre. There is no proper programme in the Halfway houses belonging to the same owners, to keep the person in recovery occupied and the patient naturally transgresses back into her/his drug addiction life,no day to day programme or activities to assist the patient in recovery to lead a better life. In general, the treatment a drug patient receives is not professional.
