JOUVENCE SCAM
1 star is way too much.I noticed that companys have this new marketing /scamming strategy in place which is called an Exclusive auto shipping programme which will order a product automatically every 30 days.What utter BS.The add says the item is free with a small handling fee of R70 only for them to clean out bank account.Is this even lawfully. The amount of R1354.The amount is even dodge.They could not even up up with decent pricing.literally 12345 Why do company s do this?Hope you sleep well at night.

I bought 2 sample containers on 6 th October 2018, once off. I used my Absa Card. I received 2 containers with no paperwork Included. I unfortunately received my Card Statement late that month. When I received my statement and saw what was going on I contacted them immediately without success. They stole R2031.00 from card Acc without Absa stopping them. I went to Absa Card Div and my Card was stopped. They kept on trying random amounts basically on a daily basis to the amount of R9364.00. Witch resulted my card been over the limit. I am charged all the extra costs and interest on my card since. The bank only logged 1 dispute, Even though we were out of the Country from 10th Dec to 18th Jan 2019. I kept on trying to sort this out with Tryjouvence and Absa Card Division. I am a unemployed, semi disabled Pensioner and cannot afford such luxury purchases. I told them and Absa that I will not let this go. I saw there are a lot of complaints regarding this Company and urge all of them to take action and not let them or Banks get away with this, and the Banks just passing this back to us the customers.

Thieves - deductibg without permission
Invasion of my bank account: Try Jouvence I bought face cream from Try Jouvence which were paid for. At the end of this month they deducted R2,615 from my account citing that they are re-filling my order but I never requested them to re-fill my order. This is abuse of my information I shared when purchasing. Now they are refusing to refund my money.

TRYJOUVENCE BEWARE SCAM I have never bought their product!!!! I tried to order a trial package about three months ago online but the transaction was not successful. All of a sudden my bank account gets debited with R999 on Saturday 15th December 2018......... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY............. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Conned into a fake purchase
I saw the advert on Facebook went into it and it advertised a free sample and that you only pay for the courier which I did. I never saw any other pricing and only intended to get the free sample. Two tubs an eye cream and a day cream was delivered in a couple of days which I thought was the sample there was no invoice or contact details with the parcel. When I checked my credit card this morning two big amounts was taken by Jouvence. R1354 and R1297 if which I never agreed to. I only agreed to the courier amount as it was advertised for the sample. Is this the way of coning people into a sale which they never agreed to. There are no contact details to get in touch with them either. I cannot afford such expensive creams and would never agree to this so I request that my money is returned to me.

Then on Sunday 2 huge amounts in excess of R1300 each is taken from my credit card. They claim that in the fine print it stated that after 14 days they would charge for the items which had no price advertised. The product is junk and I have since sent 2 further emails but they are simply ignoring me - they have my money and now they don't need to care!!!
