Bad Service

I hired JRS home maintenance service expecting professional work, but instead they caused damage to my property and failed to take responsibility for it. What should have been a routine maintenance job turned into additional repairs that I now have to deal with myself. He keeps having to come back numerous times to fix the same issue.

The work was careless, and when I pointed out the damage, he said he will return to repair it. There was no accountability, no proper explanation, and no effort to fix what they broke. Customer service was just as poor as the workmanship.

I trusted them with my home and regret doing so. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or careful home maintenance. Be prepared to inspect everything closely—or better yet, look elsewhere.
