6 Years Later and Still Loving My Pool
I'm thrilled to recommend JS Pool Specialist! 6 years ago, they built my pool, and it's been a dream to own. Their service has been excellent, and they've consistently delivered on their promises. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, their timelines were spot on. Dont use JS POOL SPECIALISTS
2 year few months after doing brand new pool 7 panels are leaking we calling his saying it has only 2 years warranty but his in voice saying 5 year warranty. Besides him doing a very bad job with the marble light after spending 200k plus on a brand new pool now we have to go around fixing all his mistakes at our own costs. He keeps using new numbers as well and hides behind his whatsapp number even blocking you on WhatsApp and Facebook.

Dont use JS POOL SPECIALISTS

JS pool specialists. Well it is all in the name for me. In this day n age we live in, it is difficult to trust someone. My encounter with Joshua from JS pool specialists was one of the best in a very long time from the start to the finish. Paid the deposit and even before they started the job I received regular feedback with time lines when they will deliver what. When they started the job of renovating my swimming pool I think that I was actually a pain for them with questions. They answered all my questions and then silenced me with the work. They replaced the copings around the swimming pool as well as the paving. Did the pipe work, installed 2 lights and installed new AC DB at the pump. The swimming pool was a marble lite pool and I was advised that it would be better to fibre glass the pool. They did the fibre glass and it came out perfectly. This was done November 2023. No issues as of yet. A job done by specialists. Very happy indeed.

PROFESSIONAL JOB AT A DECENT PRICE
Best priced among 4 quotes received to re-plaster and re-tile our swimming pool. Quality of work was above what we expected and we are extremely pleased with the results. As a first time pool owner Joshua at JS pool specialist not only explained everything to me but kept me in the loop with the progress. I can't thank him and JS pool enough for making this huge investment such an exciting experience Joshua is highly recommended.
