Poor service and personal attacks

Good evening everyone I wanted to write a review on the Dyson dupe that ipl laser device on Instagram and known as j'taime skin online and on Facebook. I firstly would like to say that I am not tarnishing the products sold on this page as I have purchased two other things which was the laser hair remover and a pore suction for the face which work really well. However on the other hand I had gotten a gift purchased earlier last year about mid year and the gift was given to me on my birthday around the end of the year. When the product came. It was beautiful however it did not work. I reported it to the staff and they did say that they will not be able to refund because of their 7 day and I must send a Video to the manager on what'sapp of it not working which I had done. The manager was very nice at first because her staff was firstly not giving me any joy and I waited from end of October up until this week for the delivery to come and I had to keep asking for progress as they did not feel the need to respond to me. So I sent the manager a message in January and she said my hair wrap has been dispatched. I waited patiently again and when I received it I did not respond as I did not feel the need as I did not try the new product. However when it came, It came in a brand new packaging. Branded as Andowl. Nothing in the advertising about it. I had sent her a message to say the new one was not working and basically she said there's not more she can do. So I asked her why are both the dupes different. She ignored me. So I sent a follow up message to let her know that I know she ignored me but I'm going to take it social media not to tarnish her reputation but to spread awareness as her products are expensive, I went on sending essays on what's wrong with the product, the new one however she did not budge not accepting any fault on her side and after a few essays she starts to send me messages in terms of personal attacks accusing me of being all sorts of things like a hard person, posting this to make myself feel better, even said that I just don't like her product when I told her her other products were great, told me I seem to be a person who does this often just cause I sent her messages in length to explain what's wrong with her product and state facts about her product. She said that all lead down to me not being happy with her product however there was a person who advertised her product and when I was told to see how to use the product it had come to my attention that the first device was not even the same as the video. I was just truly upset at the fact that she said she doesn't know why the replacement came like that and I asked her why she did not query it and then she then lashed out responding badly attacking me saying nasty stuff about me and I had not stooped to her level and responded back in her manner as I am not like her. Towards the end she asked to refund me cause she apparently couldn't handle my threats as she called it and I said no she must keep her money and her device however after some thought which was the next day I told her to refund me as she sent me two products and a dupe of the actual dupe which don't work and my good nature saying she should just take her devices back got me an ignore on my what'sapp message. She told me that she will not refund me now cause I said no yesterday and let's keep it that way however its righfltful for her to as she gave me two products that don't work and one was a fake of the original dupe she sent. So as I said this post is to spread awareness to see if anyone also had any similar experiences and if no one did please beware when purchasing online especially from ipl laser known as j'taime skin...she has now blocked me of social media which is Instagram and removed my Facebook posts about what she did to me, however I re added another review. This is not to be spiteful to the owner it's just to spread awareness on how NOT to speak to your customers or anyone in general and make such terrible accusationsbabout a person's character especially because you feel entitled as you have a successful business but your product does not work.
