I wentbto the store yesterday and i had a copy of my GIFT CARD instead of Card that thay can use to swipe,,THE FRONT manager helped me with smile and explain to me what to do and also gave options of what i can do

Bad service
I bought a white fleece short on the 20th at clothing junction jubilee crossing, When i bought they didn't explain that we are not allowed to fit the white clothes, if they had placed someone at the fitting room none of this would have happened, because I wanted to make an exchange today they refused they told me the item is dirty, they cannot accept it and i feel they were rude to me,the manner in which they approached the situation and it's not my fault as they didn't put a sign or someone at the fitting room

Bad service

Spar Jubilee mall
So today I went to Spar Jubilee mall wanting to buy their awesomely baked bread but unfortunately I couldn't get anything as some customers were allowed to get 50 + loaves of bread whilst others couldn't get anything...imagine during this time of loadshedding

Dirty toilets
We are taken for granted by jubilee mall, just because we are blacks. If white people were coming to this mall more often i am sure they wouldn't be paying those R2 that we are paying to use toilets, i mean we are shopping and we are bringing money. More people have been complaining about this and yet nothing has been done, the worse part is that even those toilets are so dirty and they dont have tissues inside. You have to pay so that they can give you tissue, we can turn a blind eye on this but we are taken for granted.
