I engaged Hanmes of Masterfell to remove an overgrown Yucca that was pushing over my vibacrete wall. He asked for a puc. I sent a clear and detailed video showing how it was breaking the wall and asked that it be removed roots and all. He VN'd me back with a quote for R2500 acknowledging the big root system and explaining how they would remove it. They came and went. He sent the invoice. I pd. That weekend I tried to dig a hole to plant. Thry hadn't removed the stump. It's been 3 months and he keeps coming up with stories. 1st they were coming. Then he was sick (he was sick), then he couldn't come cos they weren't working. They are working now. Then he says he never said he would remove the roots and I must prove it. I prove what we had agreed with the original video and his VN. Now he says I must remiove the wall 1st. The same wall I showed him in the original video. 3 months. He just plays games.
