Jumbo towlines people with helping hands
<p>Hi.I have met in and accident last night due to this terrible rain.I phoned my insurance company santam to ask if they could please get a tow truck out to me asap as I was alone on the m13 and it was really a quiet place.after 10 mins jumbo towlines was there and I was glad.but when I phoned my insurance company back to ask them if my car could be towed away by them they said no.I was really really disappointed cause they didn't even think that my life was at risk.I waited up to and hour before the tow truck could pitch up.until this time jumbo timeline waited with me.I'm really really grateful to the guy who assisted me right until the end for free.hats off for u guys.keep up the excellent work Jumbo towlines.</p>

Ripping off pensioners!
My grandparents were in a car accident on Friday evening and Jumbo was there to tow - my gran was knocked out and wasn't by herself when the ambulance managed to stabilise her, anyways, the guy that wanted to tow them said that he will charge them R2k because they were pensioners, they just had to sign a form giving them permission to tow. Who reads the fine print when they were in an accident!!! The next day only to find out that it is R4k for towing, doesn't matter from were and R2.5k \admin fee"AND R500 a day storage! When my gran phoned on Saturday to pick up the car"
