Fraud - Menlo Park views apartment

Scammers posting on website , i had seen an ad on junk mail and got a hold of so called agent in which forwarded me to the owner who had asked for my application. Upon being successful the owner then arranged viewing with anoter guy Jan and everything seemed so legit until he wanted an immediate payment to a tym bank account - he name was Simonye apparently owner of unit 1 at menlo views in menlo park pretoria east , please be careful as this guy scammed me of 1000 in which he then blocked me and did not refund me.
