Took our oldest caravan for a service and a new roof skirt at Cara Camp Helderberg. They where suppose to do a quote and get our approval on it, which they never did. Took 2 months to get it back and we just had to pay the 18K. We went away for a week and today it poured with rain. The skirt is wet right threw and water is dripping in the inside. This should not happen and we now worried about wood rot. The skirt pulled so tight that I can see light threw the stitching. And to open the front and back flaps I have to loosen the roof brackets. Those brackets are going to damage the skirt in time. Bad job all round.

I took my tumble dryer to two branches, Randburg and Fourways, after 5 working days both failed to give me even just a quote.... it just sat in there stores! I shudder to think how long it would have taken to get it fixed at this pace. Will NOT be using Bergens again. I now have a same day service, on-site technician fixing my appliance.

In May 2017 we bought our first new caravan a Jurgens Classique from Sunseeker Jurgenzs in Alberton, the intent was that it would be our retirement van in a couple of years time. When buying the van I was told it was new, had never been registered although it was the last of the old shape and built in 2016. We loved the van but that all changed when the suspension sagged and the van was taken to Jurgens to repair / replace under warranty. When the axle was removed it was noted it was manufactured in 2014, further checks showed that the van was built in 2015 and sold in 2016. Jurgens head office immediately requested the van back at the factory and it would be replaced with a new one as that was what I paid for, I was told my new van would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks (That was January) we finally took delivery of the new van in May 2018 5 months after my original van was returned. It is now August or 8 months after Jurgens took my van the old van is still on my name and the new van has not been registered yet, this despite numerous phone calls, visits to the dealer in Boksburg and a lot of e-mails. It is very frustrating as promise are made by Jurgens and never kept.

Worst company ethics I've ever seen. Jurgens ci does not pay their employees for working for them and still expects them to come to work. It's been 2 weeks and most of their employees have not been paid what is going on here ccma and the union should reali get involved with this company. How are people surpose to survive ??? Bills dnt pay them selves and kids dont eat leaves. They are forcing employees to resign how is this fair to them?? I know someone that's been working there for 10 years and now this person has to resign because Jurgens has not paid them it's really sad. Whoever is stealing and ripping this company off be it a shareholder or the owner please have the decency to atleast pay the employees off they have families and people who reali depend on them. This is unacceptable I'm so upset at the rate this is going hope this is fixed soon

Bought a Jurgens trailer LT 675 November 2016 at Lynnwood Trailers & Campworld in Pretoria. Paid R 24 600-00 with all the extras. Noticed the one sticker on the left of the nose was lighter in colour than the sticker on the right side. Did report this to the sales person (Henk) and he promised to replace both stickers for us in January 2017. I went to the dealership 6 times since January 2017 and still no word from Henk. Left both me and my wife's contact details with him and he never phoned any of us back. It is now more than a year later and we are still waiting for Henk. He promised to phone us back every time and we are still waiting.....??? Can someone at Jurgens please assist with this. I can't find any contact details for Jurgens CI customer complaints on the internet. Very poor service from this sales person and someone need to take action against him. Will appreciate any feedback. Thanks

Bought a new Jurgens Penta in February 2017. With the 1st 6 monthly service 1 cupboard latch had to be refitted cupboard could not close. Fridge freezer plastic latches both also had to be replace. Handbrake was not working properly. During our October camping trip the side panels of both dinette / double bed came loose. Side wooden support beam of 1 dinette /double bed broke in half. glass panel of door cabinet has 3 little *****s missing. Double bed mattress has 4 holes. Caravan sways during towing which is actually very scary. Can't tow above 100 km/h. this is worse on a downhill. I try to minimize swaying by placing tent over wheels, which helps slightly. Going to wait for next service before taking it to dealer because at this rate more issues are bound to creep up. Luckily I have no camping trips before then. Contemplating a trade in for a Sprite model. A very big thank you to Middelburg Caravans for sorting out the weight issue even if I did not buy from them.

3 days before I was to leave on a trip to Zambia, my Howling Moon roof top tent got damaged. I phoned the factory in Pinetown, KZN and explained to Venetia my predicament and that my trip was in jeopardy. She went out of her way to accomodate me, and arranged for the tent to be repaired in time. Well done to Jurgens CI !
