Never buying shoes from them again

Hi i bought a pair of sneakers laste year the 24th of december 2020 a month has past no response ..i then emailed them try calling them no response ..up until 2day on the 30th june 2021 they send me a email telling me they have new stock ..i then send them a email saying im dissapointed in them that i wil neva buy from them and they evens ask me me when i took it and ask me the order number .after i emailed them the order number i havent got any replies i just want my money back can u please hekp me
