Empty promises and whatsapp voice notes

After paying the deposit for a shadeport in my driveway, the initial response was quick - he put up the anchor poles within a week. But since then, it's been more than a month now of missed appointments, empty promises and excuses via whatsapp voice notes. I wish I had checked him out here first!
