PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>We ordered an Iphone7 plus after asking how long it will take to have the phone, we were told 1 day and the phone will arrive, 2 weeks later we got the phone after alot of fights. 4 days into having the phone the camera gave problems it froze when opened. I took the phone back as vodacoms policy is 7 days and they replace the phone. o no not at this vodacom, they sent the phone away to have it checked out, apparently that will take 3 to 4 working days, 1 week later and not one word from just call communications. When we phone they make excuses and say they will follow up. so now it is 3 weeks for me without a phone, all promises and no actions.</p>
