Price Hikes with No Improvements
I’m truly disappointed with the current state of Just Gym Meadowdale. It used to be an excellent, affordable gym with quality equipment. However, there have been multiple price increases throughout the year, without any added value in return. Numerous machines have been out of service for over a year—this weekend, only four treadmills were functional. Despite the rising prices, nothing has been repaired, and to make matters worse, the operating hours have been reduced. It's frustrating to see such a decline in what was once a great facility.

Be careful of these people they are ****mers
Just gym in Alberton brackenhurst, ****ming me to pay for a membership I never used or even activated, they said it a month to month never said anything about cancellation fees, I didn't activate the membership or even collect their tag now the want me to pay... please be careful or these ****mers

Worst service ever
Worst service from head office I have ever had paid prior to 7 days and still denies me access for R18 for the second time and staff that thinks that it is funny at waterfall mall branch and head office staff that are aragont over phone. Will never ever join that gym again.

Unprofessional front desk ladies
Good day. I've recently joined this gym company,the one in Tlhabane square -Rustenburg,North West Province. So I haven't bought a tag and been using my ID# to get into the gym. Now here is my problem,or dissatisfaction rather, the front desk/Reception ladies at this particular branch are so unprofessional one can't overlook it. The lack of customer service skills is appalling. Today,just as the many times before,I get to the gym..wait for my turn to be allowed entry,get to the front desk,no greeting,so I greet the lady and she was just cold,okare ra ba tena this people 😡 I call out my ID# and then she goes mum,I had to ask her 'e shap?' meaning is my # ok so that I can go in..I was so annoyed,there has never been a day since I joined this gym that I was welcomed and spoken to in a professional manner. We all work and get tired,but that does not mean we should present sour looking faces and unprofessionalism to paying clients. Please have a word with all the ladies who work on that department,teach and show them the importance of having good customer skills. I wasn't going to write this review,but today was just the last straw. Big up to the guys, always willing to assist and show one how the machines work. The ladies will be your business's downfall.

Unprofessional front desk ladies
Good day. I've recently joined this gym company,the one in Tlhabane square -Rustenburg,North West Province. So I haven't bought a tag and been using my ID# to get into the gym. BROKEN AIRCON - NO ACTION BEING TAKEN
Over 3 weeks ago I sent an email to Planet Fitness regarding the broken aircon in the gym leading to light headedness and an unpleasant environment in the gym. Only days later did I get a response to say it was being dealt with and as I say 3 weeks later no working aircon. I can see why they charge so little. They compromise on things like FANS or aircons in a gym!

Do yourself a favour and don't join just gym!! They have the worse customer service ever!! I have been diligently paying my fee but now that I do not have a tag they block me from accessing the gym. I explained my situation that I will only get my tag back in a months time since I forgot it in another province and they allow me to pay the monthly membership and yet they know they will not allow me to get in! Worse part is that on 26 December 2020 my phone was stolen inside their lockers in their premises!! My question is where were their rules when they allowed a criminal to enter with another person's identity and still my phone! I am a valid member and not a criminal I should be allowed to enter the gym.

refusing to send a full statement
Just gym / planet fitness is refusing to send me a full statement of all the payment that I done. My contract had ended and I payed up the arreas and now I am getting demands from landaucollect for payment. I have a right to a full statement.

After two requests of asking why the aircon is not working in the gym, not only have I been ignored but it is still not fixed. The spinning room is cooled to perfection while the over all gym is brought to the brink of collapse from the heat.
