Best shopping experience online
I found myself in a bit of a bind needing bridal shower gifts just two days before the party, and most online retailers had long delivery times. Even willing to pay more for quicker shipping, I stumbled upon Just Undies and was impressed by their low prices—my cart totaled under 1k compared to 2k elsewhere. Concerned about delivery over the weekend, I reached out via WhatsApp early Saturday morning and received a prompt and friendly response from the staff. They guided me through my order and reassured me I would get it the same day. I placed my order at 10:30 AM and was amazed to receive it just three hours later. As a frequent online shopper, this was by far the best service I've ever experienced. The delivery person was also patient and friendly. Thank you, Just Undies Head Office! I rate you 100% for efficiency, customer service, product quality, and delivery.

Bad service
Just undies galleria Went in today I chose 3 one of them was R35 and one was R49 and one was R59 the lady took the R35 and said it wasn’t my size and got me my size in the exact same undies and charged me R59 for it , I didn’t notice till I got home , what a cheek honestly

Bad service

Literally the worse service , apparently they were having a giveaway a voucher . So after winning it . I wasn’t contacted for 2 months it’s going now . Only to go to the store to find out it was a scheme and the lady wasn’t being helpful at all. Worse service this store has .

Damaged product
So I bought a waist trainer at Just undies in Musgrave center Durban about 3 weeks back a day after I purchased the first waist trainer I had to return it because the sowering was off plus the spirals we’re coming out. 3 weeks down the line I have the same issue with this waist trainer mind you it cost me 700 rand and for it to just tear like that is really not on Just undies should review their product. Not happy at all with product

Non - Judge-mental staff, Excellent service
When I walk in store at east rand mall yesterday I told them I was looking for thongs and g-strings for my girlfriend, I felt nervous and left. I called today (04/12/2018) and explained the whole story and that the lingerie was for me, The sales lady was more than happy to help, she said I must just go in store and she will help me. I went to the store. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to was not in. I spoke to another lady there and explained the story to her, she just smiled and helped me pick out my lingerie. By far the best service I have received in any lingerie store. I was not judged as I have been before in other stores. I will definitely go back there for all my future underwear shopping. Keep up the good work

Follow up. I came back to the store as I was told,they would get me the size and bras I wanted, however the owner Shanila basically told me in a nut shell that I was a stupid for purchasing the goods if I knew it would not fit. She basically insulted me and implied that I was silly and not educated enough. It took 3 visits to the store and she has not taken any responsibility for her staff, however made sure to tell me I wasted her drivers time getting me the wrong items
