No delivery, no service, no communication - just took my money
Bought a battery from Justbuyonline on the 3 December, took a screenshot of the order, 15331. Reviewing my email the next day showed no confirmation of the order. Tried to login, would not accept my credentials, neither could I change my password. Tried phoning, twice, no answer. Sent email to admin, no answer. To date, 1 January 2025, have not received my order or any communication from the company.

Just lose your money
Justteq = justbuyonline.co.za. When you buy online from them, you WILL lose your money. I made the mistake of ordering and paying for 2 rechargable batteries. Did not even get a receipt from them!!! I called Steven. He promised I would receive it by the end of that week (more than two week ago). Claimed their system experienced issues... The next time I called, he blamed customs. The sad thing is that I ordered products from China AFTER this and it was delivered within a week. Now, of course, my calls are not being answered anymore. They probably will change the company name to JustWasteMoney soon...
