Deposit not reflecting and they dont care
After they sort out this mess I am getting every one I introduced to this broker to delete their account, there has to be better brokers out there. My deposit has not reflected on my account, 1 reply from them said resolutions in 1 day. Today they tell me few days. I will definitely get another broker cause this right here is unacceptable

After they sort out this mess I am getting every one I introduced to this broker to delete their account, there has to be better brokers out there. My deposit has not reflected on my account, 1 reply from them said resolutions in 1 day. Today they tell me few days. I will definitely get another broker cause this right here is unacceptable

This broker is a ****, I made two withdrawals from my account on the same day but after a few days they only processed and cleared one of them and told me wait for 7 days for the other one to reflect and till today it’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing! Do not trust this broker they rob people of they hard earned money

Bad customer assistance
Bad customer assistance, i made a deposit but still not credited into my trading account. i have sent proof of payments to finance@justmarkets.com and support@justmarkets.com but no response from them in 11 working days. I keep sending them reminders and still no assistance.. My bank confirmed that justmarkets received my funds same 1st day i made the transaction... i still await for them to credit or refund me!

**** forex broker that does wasn’t you to withdraw your money it been 24hours since i requested a withdrawal. It keeps saying pending . The other withdrawal I did was successfully buy no money in my account yet
