Outstanding service from Karen Camberg
I recently signed up with Juta and received exceptional service from Karen Camberg. She remained in constant contact throughout the process, and when I required additional training, she immediately offered her assistance. R700 to just VIEW a book
paid R700 for a digital version of a book. never received the book that i paid for. They want me to download some 3rd-party software on my computer to view the book, but I STILL don't have possession of the digital book after doing that. Can't access the book while offline. Can't even print a single page so that I can put together a study folder for when travelling or don't have access to my computer... you literally pay R700 to be able to only VIEW the book, on their terms. You never receive the digital book and you don't own the book. Never buying from them again. THESE practices are why people rather pirate things, rather than buy them from the legit sources, because the legit sources ***** you in every possible way. I got a high quality pdf of the book afterwards from a guy on campus for just R50, so there you go Juta, you achieved nothing but to lose a customer.

Juta.co.za is the worst company ever
Do not ever use juta, I purchased a book from them online and instead I got an error message and this was an ebook, I tried to call their offices on Saturday instead I got an voice-mail saying they only operate from 8:30 to 5pm weekdays and 8:30 - 1pm on Saturdays, it's currently now 8:45!! On Saturday and I'm still getting the voice mail and worst part is their email server is blocked!!! Worst ever however they took payment so quickly but no delivery

Never order a book from this company! I ordered a book for a course I have enrolled in a month ago to ensure I have the reading material that was required, I received an email that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Well after 3 weeks I contacted them. This has been a run around with "customer service" (sic) referring me to the credit control department from which I received a notification that they have opened an account for me??? I replied that I do not want an account, I want the book. I subsequently received a notice informing me that I can track the delivery within 24 hours. I tried 51 hours later to be informed nothing can be traced on my order. The incompetence is staggering.

Never order a book from this company! I ordered a book for a course I have enrolled in a month ago to ensure I have the reading material that was required, I received an email that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Great Customer Service from Alexis and Vuyo
I placed an order for a book with Juta on 12 August 2020. The order was not moving along the process until I phoned their customer service department to complain. The only two people who were able to help me and return my calls were Alexis Carlse and Vuyo Qolo. Juta needs to enhance its online ordering system and beef up its customer service standards to that which was displayed by Alexis and Vuyo. Thank you, Alexis and Vuyo, for helping me with my order.

Great Customer Service from Alexis and Vuyo

The only two people who were able to help me and return my calls were Alexis Carlse and Vuyo Qolo. Beyond Pathetic
Wow! absolutely disgusted with the non-existent customer service. Made a purchase for an ebook and did not receive the item, no further communication or even a guide. Only an error message. My assignment will be due in a few days and it's been 2 days I have been having trouble getting through to them. This is without a doubt my first and last time I will be purchasing anything on their website.
