A 1 Star rating is far too high for this review. To keep it short I took my Jaguar back 5 Times and still they could not fix it.I was given back the car every time and 2 weeks later the same problem “vehicle using coolant” would happen. Surely as “Specialists” they would diagnose and fix it the problem the first time? Empty promises, and totally ***********. There is a lot more I would like to say but it’s just not worth my time. I would not recommend them at all!

I purchased a Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 2012 last year (2023) and each time it went in for repairs by JVR Motors it came back worse than before!!! The first time they made me pay an extra service fee of R3000 for a supposed claim, yet nothing was done to the actual problem of the car. In total I spent about R10 000 for a vehicle that was being broken down part by part instead of fixing the actual problems. The amount of anxiety and stress I had when owning the car was beyond awful, would NEVER EVER EVER EVER use them or recommend them to anyone. They purchase new parts or claim from warranty and still cash in on extra money from you personally, either breaking the new parts or replace them with even poorer conditioned parts. I am left scarred for life after hearing explosion sounds as I drove the car foer the last time to return to the dealership. NEVER EVER EVER EVER MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICES, NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!

The inconvenience caused by JVR Motors is unbelievable. Took my car in on the 1st of March for inspection as to why it's oil consumption is high. To cut it short. My car was on full tank on the 1st when they took it in. On return 6 weeks later, today 15th April. and my tank is on EMPTY. and I'm told of testing?? Unbelievable!
