EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE RENDERED BY JVS CONSULTANTS

This will be year 3 that I work with Cobus on a case for SARS, an accountant at the company. Poor service, poor feedback. Very bad attitude. Cannot do the job. I have spoken to the owner of the company, Johan, he also does nothing to rectify the incorrect behaviour of this accountant. I am on my way to the see an ombudsman, as SARS handed me over to a debt collecting agency, due to the lack of follow up and reading up on this certain kind of case. I DO NOT recommend JVS CONSULTANTS at all. When you phone, there is no answer. IF the call is answered, there is no assistance, you are just being routed back to the problem.
