JX Green Energy used new deposits to fund old incomplete Projects.

We placed 2 orders with JX Green Energy on 16/1/2023 and paid 80% (R452 446). Reason for the 80% deposit was to pay for the Inverters, Batteries and Panels, so that they can meet our promised delivery date of 1/2/2023 (date confirmed by Mr Johan Van Rooyen). Over the past 3 months we have been struggling to get hold of Mr Van Rooyen and the company to follow up on the completion of the 2 projects. Every-time we get an extended delivery date which turns out to be yet another lie. We were promised the panels by 4/4/2023 but we are still waiting and no one is answering our calls or whatsapp messages. We suspect our 80% deposit was used to fund old projects of Mr van Rooyen, hence the continued delay, empty promises and lies.
