KA CORP WORST QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE

We ordered name badges and paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Our first issue, was that we weren't advised when the badges were ready, we had to follow up. Then, when they did arrive, they were of shocking quality. Every one of the 24 badges had bubbles in the resin. Due to the slow service and disappointing end product, we decided to re-order elsewhere and asked KA Corp for our money back. We also offered them the chance to collect their magnets, to recoup some of their costs. Eventually, after no response to 3 mails, we were curtly advised that they "do not do refunds" but, they would re-do the affected badges. I would have accepted that proposition, except that it was ALL the badges and they took 2 months to get to us in the first place. Since then, they have simply refused to respond to any further mails. ​​I really don't like leaving bad reviews but, ​I have reached a dead end and ​I feel people should be aware of how KA Corp treat​s​ fellow small businesses. Then, as an added bonus to their horrific service, they leave you a bogus 1 star review on your page/google. What they are essentially saying is that, they can give bad service, supply horrible products, no refund or after sale service of any kind but, you just need to shhh and take it!!! Disgusting and we will be seeking legal advice. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
