I dont understand how the pricing works in this place! One week I went to go buy an 8 kg Trustee puppy food which priced R179. The next week I went to get the same food and shockingly the price was suddenly R219. That is a price increase of R40! When I called Headoffice they could not explain this to me. Apparently the change of packiging was the reason for the steep price increase. I have found ****a shops where we stay that doesnt even order this food in the bulk quantity that Kaap Agri does but yet their price stayed at R170 even with the change of packiging. How can a place like Kaap Agri who orders in excessive bulk put up their price so much and then cant even explain it decently?

I bought work boots online in black. They delivered brown boots. There customer support is highly unfriendly and unprofessional. I now have to wait for the incorrect boots to be picked up so they can check them, even though I have send a phot showing brown boots not black. Means as the customer I'm high inconvenienced for staff member blatant mistake

Kaap Agri Klawer provides excellent customer service. Esna the manager goes out of her way - and so does her team - to ensure that they provide you with the best service. The staff is friendly and helpful and knows the products they sell which make enquiries a breeze.

I needed to refill the 9kg gas bottle but with our only car not available before 5 o’clock I had to make a plan so I phoned agri and explained to Rudolf what my problem was No problem they would deliver a full one and collect the empty Agri is down the road from our house so I quickly walked there, paid and within 10 minutes the new bottle was connected the old one collected and I could start supper

The Caktex garage that was taken over by Kaap Agri in Kimberley is a disaster. The toilets are so filthy and then you have to pay R2. It is a mess and for 10 years it was always clean but now it is a mess. Please let them restore it. Can maybe some one give us a name for a clean facility to go to after you have driven for over 200km.

Terrible service Malmesbury shop Loads of sales men no one wants to actually help it’s taken 3 days to not get a quote emailed to me. The 3 rd attempt was my last. Don’t bother they certainly aren’t short of business

Kaap Agri Vredendal and Hisense, you are disgusting I live in the NC, bought a wasching machine, Hisense, from Kaap Agri Vredendal. It packed up just before lockdown, I was told to wait till lockdown was finished. After lockdown, we contacted Agri Vredendal, I was told that a technician would come out. We waited for weeks for the technical person to pitch and fix the machine. Then we were told that Hisense was not going to send a technical person, but abandon the machine and refund us. A week later Agri wanted a bank letter to refund us. 10 days later we phoned then again and they said they waiting for a credit note from Hisense. Then we phoned Hisense to organise a credit note and then after we send it to Agri Vredendal, they said that they can't refund us unless they have the machine. 3 weeks later we are still waiting for them to collect the machine. I am listening to story after story after story. I own a guest house where 100's of people are coming through my door. Oh boy I will have a field day telling those people about my Hisense experience. Please never buy Hisense as they OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER. The machine was collected on 2 December 2020. My last contact with Hisense was on 8 December 2020, with no reply.
