Bad conduct at a place of work

An old lady by the name of Tsakane Mashilo was very rude to me and failed to assist me, I came to do a permit but before she could even check if my name was on the list she was quick to dismiss me saying my name won't appear until I asked for the list only to find out that my name was there. She was to busy yapping with her colleagues that she failed to do her job that she's employed to do. Not only that after I told her that my name was there she Saud my copies were not clear enough I should go and bring another one's which I did only to find out when I came back that she said the system was offline in a very rudely manner....this old woman needs to be removed because she doesn't know how to do her job and the old age as well is also a factor......I'm really ****ed
