Bad sound quality
Radio and back camera installation is great, However they installed speaks that distort on a very low volume. I've been back twice and it's not resolved. I was told someone would drive out to me to fix it. guess I'll wait and see. Yes install a radio there but don't install sound

Good service
Purchased a navigation replacement unit for my Mercedes, did not work well and , without complains, ***adi had it collected by courier and refunded in full. Will use the m again , good customer support.

You have let me down Kakadi
Purchased a unit which did not function. Asked for assistance via their website and email as the product does not have any installation instructions but have not received any response. There are cheaper options available elsewhere but I chose Kakadi as I "thought" they would offer the best local support.. I was wrong!

You have let me down Kakadi
Purchased a unit which did not function. Asked for assistance via their website and email as the product does not have any installation instructions but have not received any response. I have written a neg review after some delays and comminication but have recieved apology from owner himself and he gave me a discount on my order for the inconveniance. So in light of this I believe they are responding to problems which is important to me

Ordered items and paid for it but no communication from sellers. Followed up on wapp and recieved an reply promising delivery soon but no details on when. Instead of using them just use Ebay or similar you will get same items with tracking and money back guarentees

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE ; THE WORST
Terrible service. Ordered a radio from them and after a month of struggles because the item was faulty i returned the item. My replacement radio should have come the 27th of may. Till today i have not heard anything and have not received the radio. Emailed them as well as whatsapp them but no response. I don`t know how this company is still running..... Probably coz they take your money and your product. This is a terrible company with workers just sitting around. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Absolutely no customer service
Worst service I have ever received. I have emailed, WhatsApped and called to no response. The person on the WhatsApp line reads all messages and ignores queries. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Every bad review has to do with the service and not the products and the company just does not seem to care.
