1) Came with my family, ordered food, took them 1hour 20min to get our food, nobody wrote anything down and nobody took responsibility/ownership at any point. No explanation, they forgot. 2) We tried to bring our issue to the general Manager Christo Lubbe’s attention, in order for him to address it and know about the short comings seeing that he was not on the premises at the time. After speaking over us continuously, clearly showing no interest in any info or feedback his response was “I do not care, there are 50 other guests” The part he is missing, there were other customers with the same complaints that made it clear they will never return. Let me ask you something Christo, do you only cater for some of your guests and the rest you leave with terrible services? Why are you so scared to give the CEO’s info to us? Because people complain about you all the time? How can you be in any client facing position with an attitude like that? 3. Staff over charge us for things we did not order with no signed slips, not a small error thousand of rands. One customer walked out with out paying any of his food & beverages accounts because your staff did not charged him and said he owed nothing He asked more than once for his bill knowing there must be a bill and eventually just gave up and left. You have this attitude where the customers are wrong? When we tried to help you. Absolutely pathetic! We did get the CEO Andre’s details and I took a video of how you spoke to me and treated me with disrespect.
