Taking forever to refund me
I’ve stayed at Kalahari Lodge in Kimberley. I’ve booked for three nights and only stayed for night due to unforeseen circumstances I’ve paid for the three nights and requested them to refund me for the two night I haven’t stayed there They’ve promised to refund me within two weeks One month later and I still haven’t received my money back

Taking forever to refund me
I’ve stayed at Kalahari Lodge in Kimberley. I’ve booked for three nights and only stayed for night due to unforeseen circumstances I’ve paid for the three nights and requested them to refund me for the two night I haven’t stayed there They’ve promised to refund me within two weeks One month later and I still haven’t received my money back

Stole Money and No Value
Treating staff terribly, towel rack rails was broken when we arrived, shower was weird and had no curtain or door so half of the bathroom floor was wet. The room we originally booked was not ready and smelling like varnish. The breakfast got worse as our stay progressed and it was not great so advise to rather eat some where else. To top it off they overcharged us as well including many other guests that stayed at Kalahari including the wedding guest As well. Highlights where that the bed was comfy, restaurant for lunch or supper is a great idea. Place is positioned just out of town but less than 10 minutes away to the big malls in Kimberley.
