Worst service
Worst experience ever, they have my car, probably packed outside in the sun for over 3 weeks just to fix a bumper. They keep sending orders to Stansure for authorisations. When I call my insurance they say they authorised all the orders sent to them on the 26 October. They don’t even update me, I have to call them every now and then and most of the time they hang up on me. They don’t respond to emails from my insurance either. Right now they still have my car, they claim they have sent an order for aircorn gas to my insurance, but my insurance didn’t get any order… so unprofessional. Kallies panelbeaters is so inconsiderate, you are the worst panelbeaters. You don’t care about customers. How do you keep somebody’s car for that long, just to fix a bumper.

Worst service

Kallies exaggerated prices on the quotation of my car!!!
My car was involved in a car accident on 31st and it was only damaged thender, headlight and front bumper and they quoted that it will cost 174k now Dotsure deemed my car as a write off. Kallies exaggerated prices on the quotation

Worse service ever!!!!
This is the worse service that we ever got from this place!!!! Had our BMW repaired and it was not up to standard. Tried calling for the issue to be resolved with no help or solution whatsoever!!!! Terrible customer service as we tried to phone and contact for a whole week with no assistance!!

Worse Service Providers
Horrible service, they incompetent and deceitful that left a bitter taste in my mouth. They expecting a bribe to do their job and finish it. My car has been with them and everyday i get the run around and i have to keep extending my courtesy car because of their incompetence that has caused me almost the money i should be paying for access they the worse service providers ever

Kallies panelbeaters sucks
The worst panel beater on planet earth! A two week job has taken them a month and 20 days and my car is still not ready! Worst of all the service technician Willie is the biggest liar with stories coming out his mouth at every turn! Very defensive and incompetent! Let one think be crooked on my car, this is just the beginning of a very nasty relationship!
