The new potential owners treat the old tenants terribly. Victimize us. Had to instruct an attorney to stop them. Besides that due to the fact that our lease is with the previous /current owner they tried to terminate our contract which is only 1/2 way as they wanted more money. Our contract is fixed. They placed our private details on the gate for all to see as they wanted access to our property while trying to arrange between 19h00 and 06h00 the next morning. Then when I left just before 8am our details were all over for all households to see. Be aware. They do not make proper arrangements with refuse removal who on a Saturday morning sits on hooter. Then Deon comes eventually to open and drives past utters words to us "your stupid". No respect does not abide by any rules. Have switched of our electricity so that I can come out of our house when no proper arrangements were made while I'm working. And now my review gets deleted on Google.

Besides that they do not pay attention to any problems and merely reply that the problem or complaint bears no merits even when a child was injured and landed in hospital due to their lack of action. One dog attacked another and they also just brush it off. Simply saying they do not know why tenants have large dogs with small gardens. Clearly no vetting done. Extremely sly!
