Kami Kind Nappies are poor quality and bad service, don't use them ever
Be warned! this company is scammers and the quality of products are terrible and the service worse! Official complaint: Nr 7 pull ups leaking, no absorption? Some is torn when taken out of pack or tears when putting it on. i have been informing about this problem since i started using pull ups size 6 and size 7 i have sent through numerous complaints, i have in the past received some replacements but my main concern and unhappiness here is that I am an affiliate; and have referred a couple of people to this company, some also found the same issues and the one i have referred is actually a close friend and she informed me she complained as well about nr 7 pull ups leaking, no absorption and the company sent her a full 90 pull ups pack: but in actual fact she only complained about 6 at most. this is totally unfair!
when asked about this this is the reply from them: "With regards to the replacement of your friend’s order. Without being able to discuss another client’s complaint and information, I can assure you that we would not have replaced a full pack if the complaint received was only for 6 nappies. If would have to have been a complete defective pack for that to happen."
After the fact i asked my friend promised she never complained about 90 nappies!!!!

Thank you for your review. As mentioned in our previous communication, we have not had another client with the same complaints especially not in different sizes and prints,
All complaints are properly investigated as you are aware, as mentioned in our communication to you we cannot disclose information regarding another client's orders / complaints, but we can assure you that she did not receive only 6 faulty nappies.
We have replaced / credited every complaint you have submitted and apologise if this was not to your satisfaction.
Unfortunately we replace / credit any faulty items and don't hand out "Free" 90 packs for 6 nappies.

and many other people complained, some remained quiet. i don't want replacements i don't want anything from this company. you are liars. this client you gave 90 FREE nappies is my best friend so you don't need to "disclose" information LOL you're a joke! like confidential information on buying nappies, REALLY?!

16 May 2022, 09:16hi Wilna, thanks for meddling into business that is not yours, but if you want to know, My BF insured me she went through all her records, and she confirmed the latest was she complained 20 at most, she received 90 pull ups for this complaint!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have no sour g****s, i am shocked no one from this poor service company has called me yet, but called my BF and named her on my name. wow so professional!!!!!!!!!!!!
