Chalmar

I had a bad experience at Chalmar Abattoir, I have ordered offals online beef plus sheep. I received an email on 09/10/23 at 15:51pm confirming that my order is ready. I went to fetch my order that I already paid for on the 3rd of October 2023. When I got to Chalmar I was told that the prices went up by the lady called Mpho (cashier) I explained that I already paid instantly. But she insisted that I pay the deference of price raise. They had to refund me my money because I would not pay the extra money wanted, while I have waited for my order. It was unfair to raise prices this week while I paid when prices were lower last week. Consumers rights are really being disrespected. Hello Peter please help with this company.
