My concerns with with Karatbit and Karatbars International

My concern is for the Karatbit.com crypto exchange which is part of the Karatbars International organization. It is specifically set up to assist the exchange of the Karatbar crypto currencies and tokens. KBCs and KCBs plus a few others

If you are dealing with the Karatbit exchange be wise to the fact that in my opinion their technical support desk is overwhelmed and under resourced thus providing customers/investors with a pitiful service. I and several peers have been waiting weeks for service and technical support that just doesn't come and this is not representing a high level of customer care. The help desk phones are off the hook or constantly engaged, emails and requests for support are acknowledged promptly with an auto reply but answered very late or not at all. Consumers be aware that the front end is glossy and great marketing but the back end has a lot of room for improvement and needs more resources to deliver quality service consistently (in my assessment). I am left feeling very unsupported and in despair.
