Since rejoining Kawena Distributors Pty, I've realized the company has reached a stagnant point, with no room for growth or development. The daily decline is evident in poor management, lack of innovation, and limited resources. I'm relieved to be immigrating soon to pursue better opportunities. It's no surprise my brother Carlos left the company earlier, seeking a more supportive and progressive work environment.

So these people advertise falsely people pay for the product only to get in store and be told there is no stock we should take a cheaper product but they do not give the refund . Their phones are always off and wats up service is not responded to . I want my refund you nonsensical company

Since rejoining the company, I have experienced a significant decline in my work environment and opportunities. The following issues have led me to consider resigning, effective immediately, due to unforeseen circumstances affecting my personal life and responsibilities: >. *Job Misalignment*: Initially employed as an accountant, I was demoted to the buyer's department without a valid reason. >. *Unprofessional Business Structure*: The company's organization and management are inefficient and ineffective. >. *Poor Financial Strategy*: The company's approach to managing supplier relationships and finances is unsound. >. ****************: I have experienced racial ************** in the workplace. >. *Poor Management*: Ineffective leadership and management practices, specifically from Adriana, Cecil, and Belinda. >. *Communication Breakdown*: Inadequate communication channels and practices. >. *Understaffing*: Insufficient personnel to handle workload and responsibilities. >. *Micromanagement*: Excessive control and lack of trust in employees' abilities.
