Steer far and wide from this business!! They do NOT keep their promises, they do NOT answer their phones, they DO NOT give customer service. This guy was quick to pick up a fridge (and the money) to fix and would have it resolved and back the next day according to him. It has now been almost 2 ****** weeks already and he still has the fridge. This after the insurance company phoned him and he promised to deliver the next day. Not just is he useless, but the insurance company is also to blame. He should not be on their panel of sub-contractors in the first place!
