Either ****mers or completely ***********

Ordered an item from them at the beginning of January, estimated to arrive in late February/early March which still hasn't arrived. I contacted them a month ago and was given an apology regarding a stock issue and failure to communicate, but that the issue was resolved. They assured me the item would ship that day and be delivered in less than a week. Nothing arrived, and since then they haven't answered the phone and the website is currently down.
