I bought items from Keedo online. They delivered my items and upon inspection I found the bag I bought was damaged. The same day I booked a return. It has been a week and no one has contacted me yet. It is still showing on their website logged as a return but I get no response even via emails that I send. There is no contact number for online purchases. This is very unproffesional as I always buy from them and this is the first time that I do a return.

Order: 800019148 Can someone please tell me what happened to my order I called to asked what happened to an order I made on the 2nd and the agent said she would get back to me, to my surprise order has been returned and it never got to me Total amount refunded R1,001.98 ZAR. Please can you clarify where my twins items are?

Hi I have ordered babby items online on the 02 of july i was told the items i bought were out of stock. .I must send proof of account for refund, I then send it to them . I made several follow up about my refund, I needed to use my airtime and sends emails no one assure me when will I will get my refund, I'm expecting a baby the was a reason i needed those items today its day 10 no communication or payout as yet. The services so poor....

I have been a loyal customer at Keedo Mall of Africa for years, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. During my visit in March to purchase clothes for my 4-year-old daughter, I encountered unacceptable behavior from one of the cashiers. Upon asking for a size appropriate for my daughter's age, the cashier made hurtful comments, suggesting that my daughter looked much younger than her actual age. Not only was this remark uncalled for, but it also made me feel disrespected and belittled as a customer. As someone who has frequented this store for years, I expected better treatment and professionalism from the staff. It's disheartening to be met with such insensitivity, especially when shopping for my child. I hope that Keedo takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for better training and customer service standards among its employees. As a result of this experience, I am hesitant to return to Keedo Mall of Africa in the future.

Eastgate mall the ladies there have no customer care. They will continue with their conversation and wouldn’t even ask you if they can help you. I just left never bought

I experienced the worst customer service at Keedo Mall of the North, not the first time!! Initially decided the let the first occurrence go as I thought it was just a mere error but clearly they are hell bent on giving customers the unnecessary run around. Went there to log a return on items bought, was told they didn’t have enough cash and couldn’t give me a gift card either and was told to go return my items at Edgars as they also sell Keedo items. When I arrived at Edgars management mentioned they do not return items bought at Keedo main store and were surprised that I was the third customer who had been sent there with the wrong information. When the managers called Keedo they BLATANTLY DENIED having even spoken to me or having sent me there.
