No feedback

I am applying for customer care positions on kelly job adverti*****ts but do not get any feedback. Can someone please tell me what happened to kelly as job oppertunities were always open to everyone. They say you need to apply for a job that matches your skills, but still no response. Please advise a way forward to get employment through this agency, please advise.
