Refuse to help mother of son that had IOD and sadly passed away.
My son Had an IOD whilst at work, and sadly passed away recently. Now the Kempston Group does not want to co-operate with Workman's compensation so that I his mother can claim his Workman's money he never received. I am widowed and need that money to live.

Unfairly treatment
I use to work for this company and was injured on duty. Then a few months after surgery and rehabilitation I was contracted by their labour lawyer and was basically forced to stop working for them as they do not care about their staff and has one of the highest staff turn over rates that I know of. Even now when trying to contact the cape town branch management my emails get returned as undeliverable. Due to this accident i have now been diagnosed With SPS and it is a incurable disease, all due to the sales team not doing their job correctly.

Inappropriate treatment of a caller by receptionist
The receptionist was so rude and does not treat callers well. I called on the 12th August and I wanted her to give me a correct email address but she closed the call on me.
