My cat went in for treatment caused by a fight and was surgically done. I RECEIVED MY CAT TOTALLY COVERED IN URINE..VERY HYGIENIC..NO ONE BOTHERED TO CLEAN OR DRY MY CAT!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE 🤬🤬🤬🤬😘😘

My cat went in for treatment caused by a fight and was surgically done. I RECEIVED MY CAT TOTALLY COVERED IN URINE..VERY HYGIENIC..NO ONE BOTHERED TO CLEAN OR DRY MY CAT!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE 🤬🤬🤬🤬😘😘

I had to take my dog in emergency on Sunday, The staff and veterinary, dr Dippenaar, were friendly and very helpful. I will most definitely go back there for standard visits. Thank you and well done. Bella is recovering slowly....

Stupid ****ing staff
Wish i could not even give you one star You guys are the worst vet ever You should be closed down!!!! Hope everybody whom reads this will rather think twice My wifes doggie of 5 months passed away due to stupidity He was really sick and they just gave him Glucose like *** after my wife told the lady our doggie was having a running stomach and he was very weak You guys are a bunch of *****s R1600 later there our doggie is gone.... Don't ****ing work there if you don't want to ****ing help people and their pets

GREAT VETS, *HORRIBLE NURSE*
My cat had acute kidney failure. We took her to this clinic and Thinus, Tertius and Herman are the only ones that you can trust 110% with your animal. The new blonde nurse there hurt our kitty so badly when she wanted to take her blood for a test. She poked and prodded my cats neck with 3 different needles on one side then moved to the other side of the neck and did the same. At this point, my cat was in agony and screaming. The nurse started throwing around each needle after an unsuccessful blood sample as well as throwing them onto the table like an upset child. It was so unprofessional and absolutely shocking to watch. I recommend that you insist on not letting this woman handle your animal. Luckily for my kitty, Thinus came to save the day and told the nurse to stop and leave her in her cage to relax for abit until they try again. Would NOT recommend this nurse ever as every other nurse before that was caring, kind and compassionate. Grateful that Thinus, Tertius and Herman are there as they are brilliant vets and brilliant at what they do.

Dr Clinton Kempton park animal hospital disgusting Vetenarian
Today 8 Jan 22 @ approximately 19:00 we took our dog to the vet who has severe diarrhea. Being an elderly dog it's an emergency. This doc if you can even call him that Clinton was the rudest person ever and tell us we are selfish and it's not an emergency. Who do you think you are??? I don't recommend any one take their amimal to this so called "Vetenarian". Rude disgusting behavior from him. You should be ashamed and I WILL tell everyone about you.

WORST!!!!!!
Hi guys. Is it fair to send your puppy to Kempton Park Animal Hospital for having a ****** diarrhea only to have my baby return home LIKE THIS!!!!!💔💔💔 My baby's skin is completely off. She is crying in agony guys!!!😭😭😭 Firstly, I had 2 doctors working in my baby and no one knew what the problem was irrespective of having so many tests done. She stayed in for 1 week. I then had another Doctor working on my baby and he noticed that the previous doctors tied the bandage way too tight. He then apologized to myself and my father saying "I do apologize, the other doctors tied the bandage too tight." I was not allowed to touch the bandage as those were strict instructions, HENCE I DID NOT EVEN NOTICE HOW BAD THE WOUND REALLY WAS. I came home tonight and noticed my baby's wound. My puppy had NO INJURIES entering that hospital. I spent 10k on this Baby in the past week. My older pekingese was in 2 weeks ago because he caught a similar type of flu. MY BABY IS IN SO MUCH OF PAIN.😭😭😭 I JUST CALLED THE HOSPITAL AND SPOKE TO DOCTOR TINUS A FEW MINUTES AGO. Irrespective that he started screaming kn the phone because I am calling after hours, he had no sense of help with regards to the situation my baby is in. His words were "what do you want me to do now, what are you fighting for" This has been my vet for the past 15 years. And this is the treatment I receive. I don't give a damn about the DISRESPECT. BUT IT'S MY BABY GUYS.😭😭😭😭😭 My gosh how can my little angel come home like this guy's????💔💔💔💔💔

Bad service
Expensive and not willing to help. My dog hurt her back and the are not even interested to try and give some home meds.. I have to bring the dog in. They are absolutely terrible. Just after your money.. good luck to whom goes there.. they only catering for the wealthy.

Amazing Vet and pet care
Thank you Dr Carla Dippenaar for taking so good care of Luna with her operation and post treatments. I can see Luna loves going to Dr Carla Dippenaar and Luna is so calm with her. Thank you for everything 😊😊
