After sending three emails and trying to give John an idea from his website what I required.I even phoned him twice to confirm that the flowers will be made as per his picture this morning.He couldnot deliver eventhough its 5 minutes away.I cam through two hour traffic just to hear he has not prepared the flowers.Then he starts off asking me what did I want I was stunned.Off he went made the flowers that looked Nothing like the picy I emailed.Absolutely pathetic!Then telling me the flowers are expensive.I could have gone to another shop yesterday to arrange.His pathetic way of dealing with customers sickens me.I had No choice but to take the ugly bunch of flowers.The Worst flowers I have ever seen with an attitude of disregard.He shouldn't be selling flowers.Never will I ever recommend his Pathetic business.

I would start by describing my Service to utterly disgusting. I made online purchase and followed necessary protocol by supplying information to add phone calls to make sure that my order was correct. Please note it was my 1st attempt and feel my very last and would not ever recommend this business namely Kenly Florist/Flowers. I made several calls explaining dates/times and recipetant details for delivery. I havent received a call back from the property to inform me on delivery status, to find out that the driver was sent out to other clients because mistakes were made by the property and leaving my order to be in vehicle practically the whole day. My order of Flowers will now not be delivered today without notice from property and I feel disgusted with the service having my calls being handed over to other co workers. I personally called the driver to find out his location and was told that he won't make it. And is sorting out something of a bigger order. So my simple/small order was set aside to accommodate another order... Sad sad... Herein supplied text from the property "Dear Clayton Thank you for placing your order with Kenly Florist. We look forward to helping you brighten up your loved ones day" I feel that this slogan has not been met or if its a headline used by the business. Ive stipulated for delivery time of 13h00 and was told they have 2 orders in a surrounding area and would accommodate. By no later than 14h30 I made a call by 14h48 and with not one received call from the business and I as type out this complaint. Its 16h00. 4-5calls were made by me(customer) and 1 call to the driver This service is disgusting and I'm not happy about this. Company Details Christine Kenly Flowers Management

<p>I purchased a Daddy's Deal for 12 roses to be delivered to my offices for a collegues birthday, on Wednesday 2 November.</p> <p>After receiving my voucher I sent through the email order (as per Kenly Florist's instructions), will all the required details on Thursday 3 November. By Friday afternoon I sent another email to confirm receipt of my order and confirm that delivery is scheduled.</p> <p> </p> <p>Confirmation was only received on Monday 7 November.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 13:52 I received a call stating that they are running late with deliveries and wanted to know what the latest available time for delivery would be. As our offices close at 16:30 I requested that delivery would take place before that time. I was told that it was fine and that I would receive another email or phone call to confirm.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 16:30 and I have no flowers, my collegue is going home, and I am unable to get a hold of Kenly Florist.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is absolutely horrible and I am so embarrased for wasting my time and money in this manner.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have come to Hellopeter to warn potential clients that this is quite possibly the experience they will have if using Kenly Florist's services.</p> <p> </p>

I bought a Groupon voucher on the 4th of February 24 roses from Kenly. I made and confirmed the booking for the 1st of March and all was well until the 1st of March. I didn't receive any delivery communication from them and therefore sent an email enquiring if the order is still on its way or whether it was forgotten. After not getting any response I sent another email and then decided to call. Christine who I communicated well within February informed me that there was an issue with the flowers and then dismissed me. I was informed that there would be a broadcast message sent out to inform all their clients of the issue of flowers and I can decide if I would like a refund from Groupon or wait the following day to for the order to be made.<br> On the 2nd of March I still hadn't received any message and once again received no message over the order. I then emailed Christine at Kenly totally beside myself stating that I demanded communication and expect her do something extra to apologise for the order not being made on time and the fact that I am the one who keeps having to call or message them. To which I got a disrespectful response \we will do the delivery today\". Its now 03 March "

On the 19th Feb I ordered a delivery for the 22nd Feb - If I didn't phone to confirm if the delivery had taken place at 3pm there would've been no delivery - They \forgot \" about it<br> <br> On the 23rd I placed another order for delivery on the 25th Feb with a specification that it needed to be delivered before 3pm - delivery never arrived - no explanation or anything really bad service - thank goodness Groupon stood by their word and gave a refund. "
