Most incompetent, useless upholsterer around - stay far away!

Took a leather seat to Kennerz to have 1x panel replaced. It had small wear and the stitching was coming loose. After 2 days and 2 attempts, the seat is completely ruined so much so that I have now had to take it to an Upholsterer who actually knows what they are doing. Kennerz is absolutely useless at what they do. They ruined a seat which was in near perfect condition to a point where the seat has been melted and the foam is coming out of it. According to the owner this is "acceptable" and he was happy to allow this work to leave his business.
